It seems now that everyone can critique work~! Yay! Though, only Premium Members can request critiques. Read the full article here: [link]

So what does this mean for us? Well, now all critiques for premium members will have to be written in the freely available critique feature box. The constraints regarding word limit will now be imposed by deviantART itself, which means one less thing to check for me x)

The template has now changed, and just includes the footer which is still required to be added to the end of any critique that you write - just so the artist knows whom the critique was from. It helps advertise the group, which helps YOU in turn as your work will be seen, and critiqued by, more people.

Of course if the work has not been submitted by a premium member then you will still need to use the old template.

Unfortunately you seem to have misunderstood what we're about. There's no reason to submit work to our gallery which you have critiqued. This group is for artists who want their work critiqued. So if you have a deviation you wish to be critiqued, submit it to our gallery. You'll have to critique another piece of work in our gallery and link to it in your submission application for it to be accepted.

By all means. If it's still in our Featured folder, you can critique it to get your own work in our gallery, regardless of how many times it has been critiqued. It's probable that it's still in our Featured folder as it was critiqued before the new rule came into effect OR those critiques haven't been used to get a deviant's work submitted. Remember, you can critique without submitting anything.
